My dentist recommended these when I asked about a mouth guard for jaw pain and snoring. I was hesitant at first because I didn’t think I could breathe through my nose all night, but I CAN! I’ve even taken these off in the middle of the night to drink water and forgot to put them back on, and I still continued to sleep with my mouth closed. It’s like they are naturally training my body.
People have also complained about skin irritation or breakouts from mouth tape, but I haven’t experience that at all with Solid Sleep. I haven’t tried any alternatives so I could just be lucky, but I have had skin irritation from adhesive on other body parts in the past and haven’t experienced anything like that with these!

Mouth Tape!

I’ve tried a few mouth tapes before, and Solid Sleep is hands down my favorite. It stays on all night—no peeling off halfway the night. It stays on securely but comes off comfortably unlike other brands. I use tretinoin so my skin is extra sensitive. It also doesn’t poke or irritate the base of my nostrils, which has been a problem for me with ‘x’ shaped brands. Highly recommended and worth the hassle of buying directly. I’m hoping to see them in Target one day!

Love this mouth tape

This is the best mouth tape I've found. I like it because there is a hold in the middle of it so you can breathe.

Best mouth tape I’ve tried so far. Sometimes the green adhesive sticks to the face after removal but not a big deal. The adhesive works and the tape stays on all night, unlike other brands I’ve tried.
